China Commercial Hastings (Futian) Associate Law Firm
China Commercial Hastings (Futian) Associate Law Firm was jointly initiated by Guangdong China Commercial Law Firm and Hong Kong HASTINGS&CO. It was established on June 16, 2023 with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice. It is the first associate law firm in Futian District and also the first law firm in the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (HTCZ). The Branch has 12 lawyers, including 3 lawyers from Hong Kong and 9 lawyers from Mainland China. Some lawyers hold qualifications for practice in multiple countries. As the first law firm settled in HTCZ, the Branch deeply integrated with enterprises to provide, in the form of “industry-university-research+law,” legal services covering industry research, policy analysis, intellectual property, equity financing, legal risk prevention, and full industry chain of capital operation to science and technology innovation enterprises.
