The Shipping Commerce Legal Professional Committee is a brand-new professional team set up by China Commercial Law Firm. Before becoming a lawyer, the team leaders have worked in maritime transportation related industries for many years. They graduated from Dalian Maritime University, Shanghai Maritime University and other universities well known in maritime transportation discipline. Before joining China Commercial Law Firm, they have practiced in famous professional maritime law firms for multiple years, handled hundreds of cases related to maritime commerce, insurance and international trade. In addition, they have rich experience in representing clients for litigations in China's courts at all four levels, especially in China's existing 11 maritime courts and their appellate courts. Member lawyers are particularly proficient in handling disputes and related legal affairs in areas such as international maritime transportation, international trade and marine insurance.
