Formerly known as China Commercial Distressed Assets Legal Professional Committee, at the beginning of 2020, China Commercial Distressed Assets Disposal Center was the first to attempt to operate in the form of corporatization, making bold innovations to the system under the framework of cooperative law firms, cooperating closely with professional lawyers in the field of distressed assets, and absorbing non-lawyers' talents in the distressed assets industry, in order to create a comprehensive management team and complete the business layout of the whole industry chain of distressed assets.
Distressed assets business is one of the core businesses of China Commercial, and the Distressed Assets Disposal Center has long been providing major banks, financial asset management companies and private asset companies with inefficient and comprehensive financial and legal services for good assets, such as due diligence, acquisition, management, transfer, disposal and fund raising.
During the longterm disposal of distressed assets, the team has not only accumulated rich experience in the disposal of distressed assets, with the ability to provide services for the whole industry chain and the strong ability to coordinate and integrate resources, but also grasped a wealth of social resources, and established close strategic cooperative relationships with lots of AMCs and large enterprises.
The current team size of China Commercial Distressed Assets Disposal Center is more than 100 people, in which many lawyers have backgrounds in finance, securities, asset management and other industries. In addition to focusing on the disposal of distressed assets, the practice areas of main members are also concentrated in the fields of finance, real estate, corporate bankruptcy and reorganization, asset restructuring and other fields, which has the perfect comprehensive disposal capacity of distressed assets.
